IEP & 504 Plans
We will evaluate your child's latest Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or 504 plan to ensure that we are meeting their educational needs effectively towards meaningful progress.
BIP & FBA
If your child has a Behavioral Intervention Plan (BIP) and a Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA), it is essential to review these documents to ensure they are tailored to your child's specific needs.
PLAAFP & Goals/Objectives
Evaluating your child's present levels of academic achievement and functional performance and setting specific goals and objectives are critically important to ensuring access to a free and appropriate education.
Procedural & Substantive Violations
When examining the necessary documentation, we will identify any procedural or substantive issues that may emerge. Both aspects are crucial; procedural issues pertain to compliance with the specific rules and processes mandated by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), while substantive issues concentrate on the content of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) and its ability to facilitate meaningful progress for your child.
Accommodations & Modifications
